At Signature Kit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Signature Kit account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
